FAQs
Your $21 monthly membership is added to your account as a credit to be used toward purchasing jewelry from your set. The $21 monthly credit is available starting the first day of each month and must be used in that same month.
All of our jewelry is made with plating over a base metal. We use real gold, silver, and rose gold plating over metal, and the material varies by brand.

For Rudiment, Dusk, and Ava Rose brands, we use 14K gold and rose gold plating or fine silver plating over brass. Our demi-fine brand uses 18K gold and Rhodium plating over a sterling silver base.
It's totally up to you! There is no deadline or due date to return your set. You can keep a set for as long as you like - as long as you're paying the Rocksbox Monthly Membership fee. We will only send out your new set, once we see you have either purchased or returned your current set.
We offer the option to pause your account for 1, 3, or 6 months. While your account is paused, we will not send you another box or charge you for the monthly membership fee.
Don't worry - it happens! Your membership fee covers normal wear for all products. If there is slight damage or wear (e.g. lost earring back, a stone falls out, etc.) this is fully covered!
